Biden has dementia and Parkinsonism, including bilateral hand tremors, a shuffling gate, and typical, unsmiling, mask-like facial features. He is incapable of holding any office of public trust, let alone the presidency. I blame his horrid wife for this situation.
I agree, but the lust for power for some people is overwhelming.
Well to be fair, “unsmiling, mask like face” describes a lot of people in Washington.
