It is doubtful that demented, corrupt Biden would be able to walk from the entrance to the podium much less stand and read a speech for 30-45 minutes. Imagine him dealing with unexpected interuptions such as moans, applause or boos. Imagine how the world would view his bumbling performance.
The last video I saw of Biden was posted on the White House YouTube channel titled something to the effect of “President Biden gives remarks on the house passing the 1.9T stimulus”. I Was expecting him to speak for at least 3 to 5 minutes, but instead he spoke for less than 90 seconds before quickly scurrying off stage and completely ignoring the press asking questions.
