To a person, in inner city schools the teachers and adminstrators are democrats. All of them to a man/woman. In the inner city most are black. Money is showered on these schools. They are in 100% democrat controlled area. So why are these schools failing every where they exist? Most of my friends kids were able to read long before kindergarten. By third grade they read prolificly and understand algebraic concepts. These are not families swimming in money, just give a f&@$%# about their kids and dont wait for government employees to provide for them. You can buy 5 kids books at the 99cent store for less than a pack of smokes
