Wasn’t spontaneous.
Talking to a local woman who attended but never got to the Capital building; and she said that mixed in the crowd, well ahead of her were provocateurs with hand-held loudspeakers urging everyone forward. She said originally they were going to assemble on one of the lawns in front of the Capital to pray, sing and make noise for those inside to hear. There was never any mention of entering the building by anyone that she heard. She also said well before reaching the scene, everyone saw things were out of control near the Capital and they all watched for a few minutes before returning to their hotels.
