Dad’s used to teach their kids gun safety and how to use them and shoot with them. Kids respected guns and were confident in using them. Homes were safer, communities were safer. I started shooting at age 4. My son started at age 5 and his son started at age 6. Daughters started young and one was in the National Guard. We all got guns and we are safer with them.
Same here. Family tradition. We have family shooting events that include EVERYONE regardless of age. I do worry about my granddaughter and her 3 boys and girl.
My grandson-in-law (a fabulous man, BTW), is teaching the little ones proper gun etiquette but they live in a deep blue county in the Soviet of Washington because he retired out of the Army and now works at the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton Washington.
They refuse our help for education subsidies so that they can get their kids out of the public school cesspool thinking he can undo any propaganda they receive in the classroom, the ENTIRE Bigfoot clan helps with that duty, and so far our efforts work. The problem is since the county is so blue that the school’s are so far up the district parents assess the parents get constipated occasionally.
I worry the SJW Gestapos are going to show up at their home someday after being tipped off by some brainwashed friend or school employee about the fact that families who shoot together are much better adjusted mentally, make better free thinking citizens and are safer because of their self reliance. There would be Hell to pay if that ever happens.
I pray constantly that we collectively wake up soon from being woke.
