For which we get no credit it seems. There is still slavery in Africa and the ME today. For which they get no blame.

You mean slavery in America. Brazil had four times the African slaves than America and it didn’t end there until 1888.

British slavery ended in India by 1843, most by the British East India Company. Almost ignored by history.

I saw Sudanese slaves in Saudi back in the 90s

IIRC Aesop, a Greek, was a slave. This from around 560 BC.

Seems he wrote some famous fables ...
