Her many victims should be filing Civil suits against her right now. At least her name, crimes and face photo are out in public to warn other schools about this horrible person.

She would just claim it was a misunderstanding, and that she misinterpreted the motives of the janitor and security guard because of the overwhelming institutional racism she has to deal with every day.

And no one would demand evidence of the institutional racism because it would be considered racist to even ask the question. That is the kind of circularity which surrounds the whole issue of race.
