That’s pretty good! The equation would look like this:

Ability = k / Fraud

The trick would be to find the value of the constant ‘k’. I think I’m going to apply for a federal grant to study the problem. And don’t worry. If I win a Nobel Prize for this, I’ll be sure to mention you. 👍
