WASHINGTON - President Joe Biden will exercise his empathy skills Friday during a Texas visit with a dual mission: surveying damage caused by severe winter weather and encouraging people to get their coronavirus shots.
Biden and his wife, Jill, were traveling to Houston for the president’s first trip to a major disaster site since he took office a little over a month ago.
Biden, whose life has been marked by personal tragedy, is known for his ability to empathize with others and their suffering. His first wife and infant daughter were killed in a car collision in 1972. His son, Beau Biden, died of brain cancer in 2015 at age 46.
Coincidentally, Houston also was the destination for Trump’s first presidential visit to a disaster area in 2017 after Hurricane Harvey caused catastrophic flooding that August.
Trump, who is not known for displays of empathy, did not meet with storm victims on the visit. He returned four days later and urged people who had relocated to a shelter to “have a good time.”

Since the Time article on the Washington cabal ‘fortifying’ the election, it seems that journalists have started to camouflage the truth with leftist propaganda, in order to gain approval of a board of editorial censors to publish.
This was a weird story as it implies they’re faking it.
You wouldn’t happen to remember the clip of Bill Clinton walking near Normandy Beach, past the graves from WW2, laughing it up with some associate? He sees a camera on him and in 1.4 steps he manages to ‘shed a tear’. Rush had a field day with it, showing the clip at least 100 times on his TV show.
They never admitted that on-the-fly stunt by Clinton, so why do that here?
I think that was at Ron Brown’s funeral; He was walking and yucking it up with some guy, toting a bible so big it must have had color pictures, maps, a concordance, a glossary, and a family history so extensive that the first entries were hieroglyphics. Funny that the mere sight of camera can have such a dolorous effect on some people.

An side gathered stones in a pile so Clinton could arrange them on camera in a spontaneous “memorial on the beach.” (This was not the time on the beach when he faked a spontaneous dance with Hilarity in front of a camera.)
A cross was pushed over in the military cemetery so Clinton could straighten it up on camera.
At the Ron Brown funeral, Clinton faked tears from laughter in the one step after he saw he was on camera.
Clinton carried the 20 pound “family bible” as a prop to the Marine 1 helicopter after the Lewinsky Oval Office blowjobs were confirmed true. (Chelsea was flown back from NYC just for that photo with Hilary and Bill.)
They even made the cover of Time.....smirks and all.
