Right? And I thought Under Armour was one of the good guys! Buh-bye!
Human Resources used to be the help desk for issues with payroll, health insurance, time-off, dress code etc.
It has now become corporate thought police and behavior adjustment bureau.
I am five one (and a fraction) and normal sized and she was.... not.
I have to admit the embroidery was awesome. Maybe she wanted to frame it.
It sounds to me like Under Armour and Coke are actually trying to force a race war. Wow! Whodda thunk? In America!!! Yikes!!!
You might be thinking of Nike. Under Armour’s founder is a Republican, at least was when he started it.
Nike too. Underarmor too. Too many to list. Sad eh?
It started going bad when they changed from Personnel Department to Human Resources.
I’m sure there is a lot of tension in big companies today as they are forced to put unemployable tokens on the payroll as part of tax breaks (or just to avoid lawsuits); the negative white birthrate for several decades must be impacting the talent pool for low-skill or unskilled jobs (I’ve heard people from call centers - Americans! - who are unintelligible; wouldn’t have happened 20 years ago).
Another consequence of that negative birthrate is that many companies think this will go well as they look at a future (never mind - PRESENT) with a dwindling number of young white consumers; virtue-signaling to the otherized replacements and remnants is simply “marketing”.
I have switched from Coca Cola to Dr Pepper-—
And now Underarmor is on the boycott list.
A meter could be used to determine "the fair amount" of reparations.
