Is there a judge out there that has ever ruled on the side of conservatives/Republicans?

The Honorable Judge Melvin Oden-Orr was appointed to the Multnomah County Circuit Court by Oregon Governor Kate Brown in December 2017.
The result was predictable. There hasn’t been a conservative professor at the U. of Oregon law school in forty years. And that probably holds true for other Oregon law schools.
