Corrupt judges, and corrupt courts. That is all that is left in America. The constitution guarantees that the federal government will ensure that the states have a representative form of government. That means that the state legislature must make the laws, and the state must follow them. By giving a governor, and other state authorities a from of dictator powers then the constitution has been violated. Of course all you see these days is violations of the constitution. The USSC has been the worst offenders as of late. There is no longer any reason to trust the justice system. It is almost entirely corrupt.

That's one thing us smart Moderns have over those Neanderthal Founders - lots and lots of prosecutors government legal operatives and judges government judicial operatives.

You can't swing a cat without hitting one of those partisan pieces of Mitt.

If legal majority Oregon voters don’t like questionable lockdowns or masks, they can use their 10th Amendment-protected powers to work with their lawmakers to try to make the following changes to Oregon state constitution.

Here are some health concerns about quarantine-related wearing of masks.

Work with their law makers?

Governor (D)
Representatives (D)
Senate (D)
Supreme Court (D)
State Attorney General(D)
State employees & teachers (D)

The lawmakers are making changes, to fundamentally change Oregon from what it used to be.

I’m in oregon..yes, we have a pervert tyrant for a “governor” and it’s crazy here, but I ate dinner in a Restaurant the other night. The dam is breaking in smaller places (where I am)..the places lIke Portland and Eugene will continue to suck...but they voted for it. Altho I think there is a lot of vote fraud , and has been for years.

Do patriots in Oregon get out and vote? Or does Dominion control that state too?

ANd of course since the demshevik corruptocrats run the state machinery including the corrupt mail in voting, nothing will work.

Until the demshevik corruptocrats are arrested and clean elections are forced by law.

It’s all mail in, has been for more than 20 years. I don’t think they use Dominion but another type which, from waht I remember Sidney Powell saying, uses smartmatic software, so same theft.

OR used to be conseravtive, now all commie controlled? Changed because of voters? NO! Plus it’s a sanctuary state and has motervoter laws and illegals vote.

There is no regular legal way to fix OR or any other blue state. If elections were clean, many if not most blue states would be red.

On the lack of standing, likely the rationale is that the governor’s emergency powers are described in law, and that the legislature as a whole has the power to adjust this. The correct venue for the few legislators, in general, is the legislature not the court.

The way government is set up, in general, it is possible and even likely that three branches controlled by the same ideology will work in cahoots. The federal government is an example of runaway government. It is unaccountable to the people in fact, no matter what platitudes it advances to claim the contrary.

I think that this is the problem the Trump is working on.

As another freeper suggested, Trump may be able to do more at this time as a private citizen than as president to clean up Democratic corruption.

Trump won’t be able to do anything as a private citizen. He’ll be back in the WH, he won, they lost.

THere is no other way. The demsheviks will and are, and plan to, go after DJT and every member of his family until they manage to charge and convict them of crimes. And Trump suppoerters will be and are already vilified as criminals and insurrectionists just for stating that there was election fraud.

"SEIU controls state...same as commies"

Rough, Googled numbers are used below.

First, consider that the only union expressly protected by the Constitution is Union of states. So unconstitutional labor union support by corrupt, desperate federal Democratic elite aside, unions in any state actually have no more political power than union member votes and Dominion, mail-in, etc. vote-counting fraud in that state. /semi-sarc

Next, SEIU shows 24,000 members in Oregon as of 2019 compared with 2.9 million legal voters in Oregon.

In other words, roughly 0.8% minority SEIU voters shouldn’t control Oregon’s government.

So what’s the problem with Oregon?

Thanks for reply.

Beware of underestimating private citizen Trump.

For clarification, I didn’t mean to suggest that Trump was out of office for good. When Trump needs Oval Office again, he’ll be back there imo.

In the meanwhile, he’s not wasting time in Oval Office having to deal with a corrupt Congress fraudulently (imo) controlled by Democrats.
