The system went down for a couple of hours. And it primarily the clearing house functions. That’s a far cry from having the Feds ability to transfer money to banks being stopped, which implies a deliberate act.

I don’t trust the bond market at all. If the loan is such a great deal, they wouldn’t be bundling them and selling them to pensioners.
