She’s part of the Republican leadership. She’s saying what a lot of Republican politicians believe.

But they don’t believe it. They don’t believe anything or stand for anything. They just run around looking for approval and a pat on the head by the establishment that they belong to. They accept every premise put in front of them because they think it will get them something.
There isn’t an apology they can’t make fast enough or loud enough.
They are sorry that they exist.
They are sorry you exist.
And they think that by being so so very sorry they are gaining support or respect from someone.
The kicker? In doing this, they are selling you and I down the road.
Any term of derision that comes from the media, be it racist, White Supremacy, Insurrection, “Our democracy” etc. is designed with the simple purpose of labelling or cowing anything that isn’t coming from them. Any disagreement or anyone that dares think or say anything out of line is hit with those words or phrases.
You say, the election was problematic. They say, you are threatening “our democracy” with such talk. But by “our democracy” they mean their power.
You say, I want a sane and rational immigration system that values our own citizens. They say, racist.
You say, we should look to our citizens first. They way “White Nationalist.”
And a coward like Liz Cheney readily nods her head because she is either afraid or wants to secure her own power. She empowers and gives fuel to the fire consuming her.
She’s part of the Republican leadership. She’s saying what a lot of Republican politicians believe.
About 2/3 voted of the House GOP conference for her AFTER she voted to impeach. Many of the rest would have if that wouldn’t have blown their fake MAGA cover.
