The two items I listed are within the scope of a free and open society. If it were any time before WW 2 when secrecy in all matters became the norm, we would already know. Who she/he was, interviews with the family. Proof that he/she were in town, and who the shooter was. The public HAS A RIGHT to know.

There’s plenty of information available in Paul Sperry’s report.
The family has a right to handle their family information as they wish.

The shooter has a lawyer. Sperry quotes the legal defense position by the Police Lt’s attorney.
