Good news. The bad news is we’re probably days if not minutes from the Supreme Court stepping in with Roberts, Kavanugh and Barrett siding with the libs. If the PA election case is any indication - and it may be - we’re still at a 3-6 mostly liberal court.

That’s the way. Find sympathetic judges in circuits that have an overwhelming number of Republican appointed Circuit Court judges. That way a district court judge can issue a nationwide injunction against Biden’s executive orders. Then the Circuit Court will uphold the injunction. Then it will have to go all the way to the Supreme Court to overturn it. That will delay everything.
Also, states need to declare themselves “sanctuary” states against several of Biden’s policies/executive orders. eg 2nd amendment sanctuaries, etc.
The name of the game is to stall, stall, stall for 2 years until we take Congress back. Lefties should recognize these tactics. Its exactly what they did the last 4 years.
