Sen. Lindsey Graham visited former President Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort over the weekend in what he described as an effort to mend a fractured Republican Party.
Asked Monday evening by The Hill about his visit to the former commander-in-chief’s Palm Beach estate, Graham (R-South Carolina) said the two spent a great deal of time reaching out to candidates on the ballot in 2022.
The two “just talked about the 2022 cycle,” Graham explained, adding that, “He’s very involved in helping the team win.”
Trump “made a bunch of phone calls,” specifically with GOP senators, and is “trying to get the best team on the field.”
When asked by a CNN reporter which senators he spoke to, Graham declined to say, only noting that Trump’s message was, “You’ve been there for me and I’ll be there for you.”
Some of the 20 Republicans up for reelection in the 2022 cycle include Sens. Tim Scott (R-South Carolina), Marco Rubio (R-Florida), John Boozman (R-Arkansas), John Thune (R-South Dakota), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), Roy Blunt (R-Missouri) and James Lankford (R-Oklahoma).
Asked late Monday on “Hannity” if there was any indication he would run again in 2024, Graham said, “Stay tuned.”

Scott, Lee, Rubio, Blunt, Thune, and Lee are all Bush League Republicans and should be replaced.

Good god. When will this grifting backstabber ever go away? All I can imagine is that Trump sees him as a weak sister that can be controlled easy if they can dump Mitch.

Well, they’ve already shown him that he can win in a landslide and they can just cheat him out of the victory with no consequences. I know Trump’s the kind of man who probably can’t stand losing in that way, but he also has to be thinking it won’t be any different if he runs again.
Lankford should have been on that list as well.

Lee has a very good voting record. One of the Three Amigos. We need more like him.

Yeah, Lindsey is like David Spade’s character from the “Coneheads” movie. He’s a fawning toady, and he’ll be a fawning toady to whoever he thinks will be the winner in the end.
Unless the voter fraud is rooted out and corrected its all moot...we will never see another true conservative president again....ever

Why doesn’t Graham propose a resolution for constitutional amendment to give states the power to recall bad-apple federal lawmakers? Then we wouldn’t be so concerned about election cycles.

No it shouldn’t unless the social media is controlled by Trump. Social media needs to be excluded from any aspect of life that is possible.
All US government agencies should have had facebook and twitter accounts ended by executive order long ago.
No DOD, FBI, CIA, USFS, USDA, NASA, HUD, etc.
It should have been ended the minute they stopped supporting all users right to free speech. They should have also lost any right to US Government information services contracts. Access to the largess of Fedzilla should have been wholly contingent upon their behavior.
We already do this to police departments, universities, and federal contractors. Australia, Russia, Canada, Poland, and Uganda were way ahead of us on this because they correctly saw that social media big enough to silence a president or to throw elections was a threat to THEIR national security.
When Lindsey Graham, the Whip Saw republican RINO, is permitted to interpret a meeting with our deposed POTUS, we’re free to ask ourselves, “WTHell”, was that about?
Mr. President, you are talking to an agent of the Deep State.
