Nature already has a genetically targeted weapon. It’s called sickle cell anemia. It affects the black population at a much higher rate than others.
Sickle cell also affects some people of Mediterranean descent. It’s an adaptation to malaria. Those with one recessive are resistant to malaria, those with both can develop sickle cell, but are very resistant to the malaria plasmodium.
