I disagree; he may have thought he was part of the “elite”, but once elected he was obviously a puppet for the monied elites. He entered office proclaiming he would uplift blacks while opposing “gay marriage”, and ended up watching blacks slide further behind everyone else (that is why Black Lies Matter started on his watch) while supporting “gay marriage”. The wars he spoke against continued (he even had his own troop surge), and by the time of the 2016 election he was not even a player anymore.

Obama was the most elite of the Elite (in his mind). He was a true believer, but knew the Elite could live by different rules than the collective’s rank and file.BTW, there is nothing about communism that purports to want to "lift Blacks up." It is "equality" for the masses...and that doesn't mean lifting up anyone (except, of course, the Elites).
