When you won’t ask your own state department to account for tens of billions of dollars for 7 years in a row, I call that spreading it around. Just in a clever way. Obama & Co. are always full of clever and ego. A real classless bunch. No sense of humor or likeable qualities. Just Alinsky thugs who went from living on grants and scams to direct to the US government treasury.
That and State Department millions that went missing when hillary was running the show.
