I believe he should focus on Kingmaker for now and work to rid the party of Rinos during the mid-terms. Post mid-terms, he can up his game to go after the President if he wants.
If he is successful in putting the right people into the House and Senate seats, hopefully flipping both, he can point them in the direction of going after Biden/Harris stolen election and shift state election laws so that there is an actual enforcement means... something that was lacking during the 2020 post election cycle.
This will tie up the Dem election preparation with investigation after investigation, allow him to run on the failure(s) of the Biden presidency and point directly to how his policies were and are better than Bidens.
