That's a red herring. It takes 1000 or more virus particle exposure to infect a healthy person. Fewer for unhealthy, but still a large number. The mask stops a large percentage. Cheaper masks stop a smaller percentage. CLoth masks do alnost nothing. In some cases studies show masks were worse than nothing probably due to improper handling. I talked about this last summer and put notes in my profile. Lots of misconceptions. Lots of red herrings like yours (we need to stop every particle using a hazmat suit). I reject it all. But I also think the general use of masks is pointless, based on all the studies I read.
