Meme error.

N95 masks are 95% effective at blocking particles 2.5 nanometers in diameter, or larger.

Covid-19 is a wee bit smaller than that.

Even N99 masks are only 99% effective against particles 2.5nm and larger.

HEPA13 filters take it to 99.9%, still, only against particles 2.5nm and larger.

Pretty much ALL OF THEM these days tell you right on the box that they
are not effective against Covid-19.

Resist the gaslighting.

Thanks for the heads up on the N95 masks.

I was going by info that was circulating back in the early days of the COVID scare when we were told not to buy N95 masks as the supply was limited
and they were needed by first responders, etc. because of their superior effectiveness.

There has been (and continues to be) so much mis-information, faulty information and changing guidelines from CDC and other government authorities
that most of us have no idea what is true and what is not.
