Did Rush have 20M listeners when he first began?

Why do we need a tired, broken record tick tock guy who reads his lines at a third grade level??

I say we need someone up and coming, with El Rushbo’s great insight and intellect.

Who is that person? Not sure that s/he’s even been “discovered”, yet.

I’m not sure even Steyn could fill that chair.....as much as I like listening to his wit and take on the day’s happenings.

So when the drivebys savage our side for weeks at a time your answer is to put a rookie with no numbers to go up against him. Don't think that will work. We need someone with numbers now.

That does not preclude any one of a couple of dozen up and coming talkers from slowly but surely taking the helm one day. But, you don't put in a rookie against a seasoned driveby media with dozens of leftwing commies all ready to shoot him down on a half dozen driveby nets the way they did Rush for decades.
