I agree completely. I usually listen to him, too, and, in fact, rebroadcast his webcast through a repeater in my house so I can listen to it in the yard. Nearby radio stations are too weak to hear it directly.
The difference, though, is that when Rush was on, I would listen attentively, and would only do physical things like walking, or yard work, so I could pay attention to him. With Hannity it's quite different. He's so repetitious, that I can do complex tasks, and only pay attention occasionally. Hannity has the best guests of anyone I can get, so I watch his entire TV show in 10 to 15 minutes by recording it and fast forwarding through every part where his lips are moving.
With Rush gone we will all have to adapt to a new talk radio.
