President Joe Biden reassured European leaders Friday that he would once again work with them, apologizing for former President Donald Trump’s approach while in office.
“I’m sending a clear message to the world America is back … we are not looking backward, we are looking forward together,” Biden said.

This is standard operating procedure for Democratic Presidents—bad mouth their Republican predecessor to the Europeans. No doubt the Europeans pretend to be pleased that the US government has come to its senses while laughing at the stupidity of the new President behind his back.
