This would be a prime opportunity to take out Harris as VP (and force Biden to do his job) with a quo warranto challenge to Harris' qualification as a Natural Born Citizen. Harris cannot name her 'American citizen parents' like John McCain could when his eligibility came up (Senate Resolution 511 (2007-8)).

Actually, just the 'ho' will be affected, at first. But it should push for another election for a replacement VP if she is not found qualified as a Natural Born US Citizen for failing to have American citizen parents when born.

And there will be less Congressional legislation without a tie-breaking vote from her.
