The Code of Georgia §21-2-570 provides that “Any person who gives or receives, offers to give or receive, or participates in the giving or receiving of money or gifts for the purpose of registering as a voter, voting, or voting for a particular candidate in any primary or election shall be guilty of a felony.”

“’When you send me and Reverend Warnock to the senate, we will pass those two thousand dollar stimulus checks that the people need, that families need to stay on their feet and in their homes,’ Ossoff reiterated.”

The state of Georgia can still go after Ossoff for the $2,000 voter bribe offers. Putting Ossoff away in a Georgia house of corrections will give Republicans control of the Senate.
