What in the hell is a legislator at the federal level going to do to get the power to go on ASAP? He's not a mechanic, engineer or lineman that can actually fix the problem. Any help that Ted Cruz and the federal government could offer is months away.
Senator Ted Cruz should hold a press conference from Cancun and say that he's in Mexico because it's not run by a crooked watermelon marxists, just plain old crooks. Cruz should go on to say that it is his mission to end the global warming scam and keep the lights on and the furnaces lit.
Somehow he could muster the energy to hand out soccer balls and teddy bears to illegals, even though Ted and his Federal government can’t help anybody right away.
