Could this be a much earlier planned vacation? He is on break from the congress right now and many folks I know go someplace warm for a week or two in the winter.

For those of you who are indicating that Cruz is not a smart person I get this picture in my head of him being on a nice warm beach while you are sitting at home being very very clod.
Then you have an attack of stupidity and call him less than smart.
It seems to me that he is the smart one and that your IQ is in the low double digits.
I was able to get to a place with power. Millions haven’t. And commercial/residential areas are being destroyed as we type by the hundreds all over. If you think this is a minor thing, it’s not.
