Why can’t they just put 50LB Blocks of Dry Ice in these places, as the CO2 Disperses won’t it Heat up the Entire Hospital due to the Greenhouse Effect CO2 Magically Creates??

I’m not sure of the problem as the article isn’t specific on details.
But I’m guessing they have lost power from the grid which runs
the pumps etc.
Not sure if the units are located at ground level or at the top of
the structures. I’m guessing it is boiler operations, etc.
