Doc, Thank you for all the useful info you post on the vaccines. May I ask if you have a preference among the vaccines? Thank you.

Sure, I had the Pfizer vaccine because it was the first available to front line physicians like me. So It was a matter of timing.

I think that there is no particular distinction between the Pfizer and the Moderna. The moderna seems to have stronger second injection side effects. I had a mild fever and about 6 hours of aches and pains with my second Pfizer.

I think that for people who are recalcitrant that the single J&J is probably an excellent choice. Although there is still a 30% chance of infection, there is no progression to severe disease -> a good compromise.

But in direct response, I prefer the Pfizer.
