It’s one thing to develop a vaccine on the quick. I understand why that would be necessary (though in the case of COVID-19 I don’t believe it is), but to use a novel technology like mRNA for the first time - no thank you.
Especially if there are other efficacious methods of dealing with it.
I agree whole heartedly and as I mentioned on several occasions if he odds in winning the jackpot in the lottery would be as great as ending up with some adverse side effects we would have a lot of millionaires running around. Not to mention that so far no one can say for sure if getting a shot doesn’t predispose you for some strange affliction a few month or a year from now. And of course should it happen most likely the medical profession would deny any possible connection, not that I have anything against the medical profession, but that’s the way things work. If we would be dealing with some life threatening disease were it would mean to either get a shot or die, I go for it, but in this case where there are several other options available without taking any risk, I go for these options anytime, what I have done so far.
