Somehow, today was harder than yesterday. Got my usual excitement when 11 am rolled around, and then then the reality hit. So tough today, so tough.

Trying to look at the good times but at the same time realizing my mentor who guided me through it all is gone. I did over 25 years on the air and he was the model that many of us used.

He never gave up and taught the politics of defeating the left as much as he taught learning how to do what he does to those who are lucky if we even get close. We operated at a much lower level since he did everything almost without thinking about it. Not so much for the rest of us. and for me He was a once in a lifetime patriot and we were all lucky to have heard him.

Was off from work today, had a bunch of stuff I planned to get done and did nothing.

Listened to Rush’s last podcast this a.m. Oh Lordy he will be missed.
