This is another pro-socialist media action. When the people were put in their caves during the “pandemic,” the need for oil was retarded and the price went up to cover the middle east sales loss. However, our prices for exports went down as we had oil coming out of our ears for our sales, which are the biggest in the world.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) expects average oil prices will increase in 2021. The EIA forecasts Brent prices will average $49 a barrel in 2021, an increase from the expected average of $43 a barrel in the fourth quarter of 2020. And demand of the oil at this point will go up with the erasing and slow down of oil movement from the closed Keystone pipeline. It’s called supply and demand.
