Nope, because this is unchartered and undefined territory, and even if it weren't the Court has never ruled on such a thing and it would be folly to try to deduce how it would land with the current cast.

I would NOT expect the usurpation to be undone even if one or more states were found to have been fraudulent, as the SCOTUS normally does not like to delve very deeply in that side of things.

I don't know about the law with regard to elections. BUT there are laws as to stolen property.

In fact, even in the State of CA, theft laws now include "misappropriation of found property".

If it isn't yours, you are not allowed to keep it.
