We didn’t have these kind of rolling blackouts in the 50’s and 60’s...and we didn’t have stupid people like John Kerry in positions of power either. (might be a connection)

We didn’t have many all electric houses back then, everybody had gas water heaters, stoves and heaters. Average size house back then was around 950-1000 sqft. It’s almost doubled that now.
