Check points on the interstates would provide good long range sight lines, when they happen... Say, 400 yards...
It would be nice to know that whoever is running such an operation would have long since discarded that Oath thing...

Are they going to set up checkpoints on the Interstates? Yup. And on the back roads, the cops will just pull over out of state cars for no other reason than because "police state".
