Lindsey Graham's November 13 phone call to Georgia's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, is being called into question as part of a wider investigation into Donald Trump's actions in the hard-fought swing state.

Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County - the most populous county in the state - opened an inquiry on Wednesday.

She will look at Trump's actions in the state, and focus in particular on his January 3 call to Raffensperger when he asked the election official to 'find' votes for him.

Graham should’ve used Grindr to find Raffensberger.

Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County

Another corrupt RAT DA abusing their office for a political hit job and to setup the Goebbels media for a smear job.

There should be some kind of LOSER PAYS law as in civil lawsuits to curb the epidemic of these hit jobs. If you launch an investigation into a political opponent and the target is acquitted, you pay a price. No risk free shot.

I think they have that sort of system, loser pays, in England or another common law country.

Maybe it’s time to look into it; see how it works there.

One drawback that I can see is that low income people won’t be able to sue, even if their lawyers think they have a solid case. And then there would be lawsuits over the decision that the losers would pay. Who determines the strength of the case, before trial, if they start arguing about it before trial?

Until this last November and the election in Georgia I never would have expected that the perpetrators of rampant voter fraud would be the GOPee, especially against their own voters. But the facts speak for themselves. The GOPee owned the state government in Georgia, yet they not only failed to Stop The Steal, they did the stealing! GOPee Delenda Est!

My perfect world “law” would only apply to prosecutors when going after officials who are in the opposite political party.

Please prosecute him! Maybe he can subpoena the ballot information that Raffensperger has kept hidden.

We do have, in the UK, a lot of “no win, no fee, loser pays the expenses for the winner” setups.

It’s a double edged sword. A relative of mine was a sub-contracted shop fitter who got stiffed by spending £40k on account on materials to the spec of a large retail chain, and they sat on the invoices for six months while also not paying for the labouring.

They then put the word out that his work was nonstandard and incomplete - of course it was incomplete, because as they hadn’t paid for the materials he couldn’t pay the labourers. If you don’t pay for t&m you don’t get t&m.

He had to pay to take them to court to recou they brought in a ludicrously expensive law firm to contest it.

If he’d lost, there would have been a high chance he’d have owed them more than 5x as much as what they owed him... And almost all of that would’ve been because they’d gone with an overkill legal team.

They do this in effect to get people to drop the case because the risk of continuing and losing is so high, it’s cheaper to go bankrupt.

Continuation of the Dem’s scorched earth policy against anything Trump. I wish the Republicans used that kind of moxie when they had the chance.

I’m also disappointed in Trump for not representing the US voters by implementing the insurrection act following the election as it was a blatant completion of the coup against the Trump administration started in 2016 by the Obama administration!

Don’t they realize they are going to end up exposing corruption by officials in Fulton County and the State of Georgia? Talk about misguided zeal. It is going to backfire and I’m looking forward to it.

I’m also disappointed in Trump ...

Go find a recent interview (about a week ago) of Doug Billings speaking with General Flynn.

Listen not to the middle, but to the end, where he gives advice on an election bet for a bottle of wine.

You will not be disappointed.
