This confirms what a lot of us were thinking, that the whole point of the unconstitutional trial of a former President was to prevent him from running again, or at least make it much harder for him to win the Republican nomination.
If they genuinely don’t want him to run again, openly baiting him like this sure isn’t the way to do it.
I don't consider myself a Republican. I just vote for them because it's the only way to oppose the Democratic Party.
The leadership of the GOP, McConnell, and McCarthy plus a handful of others have been and currently are ignoring the base.....
