There is no reason for anyone to be wasting their time watching this latest abomination by the Democratic party. It is in no way supported by the Constitution of The United States.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is not presiding. In his stead is an openly hostile to President Trump Democrat Senator.
Even if this trial were legal, and it is not, it would still require a two thirds vote of the senators in order to convict President Trump.
As we can see by yesterdays vote, there is no two thirds consensus of the Senate. It simply is not going to happen. So here we are again, spending our tax dollars in order to give the democrats yet another platform/stage so they can whine and complain and air their spurious lies. ENOUGH of this stupidity!
Its like a baseball game where the home team is winning after 8.5 innings and they vote the home team has to bat in the bottom of the ninth so they can throw at them.
The Democrats ignored the constitution to convene this kangaroo court.
Suppose Trump were to be convicted. Then what prevents him from running again? The Constitution? Ha! He could simply ignore the constitution the same way they ignored the constitution to fraudulently “convict” him.
The Rule of Law is so dead in the USA, killed exclusively and entirely by the RevComDems.
The question remains;
IF a civilian can be tried and convicted of of a crime while being President, certainly we can bring Mad Maxine Waters up on charges while still a sitting Representative.
Certainly we can bring drunken Pelosi up on charged while still a sitting Representative.
Certainly we can tie the government up for two short years while we gather the votes to take back the House and Senate.
If that were to happen, and I doubt it will at all, I would like to see him run for the US Senate in FL.
Not to worry though, the Dems have their ace in the hole, a totally incompetent legal counsel for POTUSDJT, who may as well be Fredo Corleone.
Taking sides with the adversary and in fact making their case for them.
Why Trump didn’t summarily fire his butt last night is beyond me. A competent lawyer like Levin, Dershowitz or Gaetz could have done better doing it ad lib.

This is about democrats trying to re-certify the election result, while trying to make sure Trump never runs again for president.
IOW, they’re trying to make sure that “the big lie” remains a lie, according to them, while the big lie is about Biden winning the presidency. Trump won, and that’s not a lie. Biden winning is the big lie. That’s the only reason for the impeachment, making sure that Trump won’t continue contesting the election. Trump is feared by democrats, and they want to make sure he doesn’t come back to continue what he started, and that is to destroy their socialist/communist agenda.

The contemporary information-digital communications technology has the ability to put an end to all of this -which is why the “information war” on the American electorate. Why “us” versus “them” is finally crystallizing.
Its why they barricaded Capitol Hill. In all probability it is why they will convict PDJT in the Senate

Quite honestly our congress and senate along with the heads of the agencies under the executive branch are the National security threat...I see jokes and sarcasm but these bastards and bitches are following no laws or rules. The President in office is a civilian and as Commander-in-Chief exercises civilian control over the military. While in office, a President cannot be subjected to a criminal trial. Bill Clinton was subjected to a civil trial while in office and was found by the judge to have committed civil contempt.
