Its not unconstitutional for the duly elected President and the military to remove an unlawful rebellious regime put in power by interference from multiple foreign govts which is what we have at present. Those foreign actors can be rightly considered to have perpetrated acts of war on the US.

And your constitutional complaint just doesn’t resonate as its been demonstrated pretty clearly since Nov 3rd that our constitutional process is broken. You cannot operate within a broken system.
