It took two months to find enough fed volunteers to show up in their ninja clown suits at Bundy ranch. The feds had to go to three different states and six different agencies to find 200 federal gestapo. More than 5,000 patriots were waiting.

No thanks. A shootout with Federal agents is not something I wish to experience. There’s no such thing as “winning” that. They simply bring more guys, more guns, and more hardware to bear until you’re dead. See Waco. See Ruby Ridge.

Simply stop helping the Feds enforce unconstitutional gun control measures at the state and local level. Their operational capacity will be significantly reduced. Continue challenging them in court. Alan Gura has been wiping the floor with unconstitutional laws. We have President Trump’s picks in the US Supreme Court. I think we’ll see great progress from that.

Sure, for the United States Bureau of Land Management. Collecting grazing fees.

That wasn’t the ATF/FBI conducting an armed raid. Very different situation. ATF/FBI don’t play those kinds of games. They show up and take what they want and then they go away when they please.

Cutting them off from state and local resources dramatically reduces their ability to conduct their activities and doesn’t involve firefights with Federal agents. It’s just a smarter path. Nobody’s going to live out this fantasy of performing a citizens arrest against dozens of ATF/FBI guys in full tac gear. If anybody tried, the Feds would be there the next day with 30,000 guys ready to kill or arrest (but mainly just kill) anyone involved. No thanks.

You assume it is a shoot out. Could be a Mexican standoff if enough stand with the local sherriff.

I fully understand what the Second Amendment is all about, and if a tyrant had agents going door to door, I’d be right there with you. If a tyrant had agents rounding people up and sending them to camps, I’d be right there with you. But some random raid on one house? Yeah, pass. I still have faith that President Trump’s picks in the Supreme Court will unwind a considerable amount of unconstitutional gun control with Alan Gura’s prompting.

The Founding Fathers endured decades of severe abuses far beyond anything we experience today before they acted. They were not cowards for choosing to not act sooner. They were men of conscience who understood that violence is the last resort of a desperate people who exhaust all other options. The fantasy of war is a whole lot cleaner and less scary than the reality.

Cool. There's even a Federal law they break EVERY time they enforce any provision of the 1934 NFA or any other "law" made under it... The entire "F" portion of the BATFE is in violation of the 2A.

To whit:

USC Title 18 Sections 241 and 242. Conspiracy to deprive Rights under color of Law and the matching Deprivation of rights under color of Law statues.

It is a FEDERAL felony and can carry a sentence of life in prison or even the death penalty.

The NFA was only legal while it was just a TAX. Once it became more, it became an Infringement and therefore is in violation of the US Constitution.

The FBI has about 30-35,000 personnel. About 2,500 are field agents. The remainder are paper pushers. Bureaucrats are not skilled infantry, regardless of how much that fantasy is pushed by TV and Soros trolls.

I could not agree with you more.

My challenge to you is why you assume it is a shoot out? You quote a couple of situations and they are valid, but they are not the only examples in history.

There is going to be confrontation, we can not avoid it. but we can make decisions on how we engage. And the ultimate confrontation may have to be discussed and then everything done to avoid it. I don’t like it either and never thought it was a possibility.

My major point is, now is the time to form relationships, not stand individually. That is what our founders did at this stage.
