The Democrats established how cities and states can go their own way and ignore federal laws by using the sanctuary concept. It worked for them, and now the same concept can work for us.

States should apply this exact same “precedent” to regain their sovereignty and ability to manage their own affairs according to the unique needs of each state.

If they can do it, so can we.

Texas is taking steps to become a sanctuary state over the second amendment. Austin is working to pass legislature that will prevent local, county, state LEOs from carrying out unconstitutional acts on behalf of the Feds. Even without the piece of paper from Austin many departments have said they will not work with Feds to enforce illegal orders.

Of course Feds are threatening top withhold funds from Texas, but I am willing to make my payments to the State of Texas rather than DC.
