Then perhaps, you should go back to the beginning and watch it again.
He was mouthing off at the first cop right from the get go. He would not comply with the officer’s instructions but argued with him.
That’s plenty arrogant in my book to think that you don’t have to comply when a LEO is pointing a gun at you telling you to get on the ground. HE doesn’t know who you are, or who you say you are.
The guy should have known better. He brought it on himself.
