OANN CEO Robert Herring offers Lou Dobbs a new home on the competing cable news network

One America News Network CEO Robert Herring seemingly offered a job to former-Fox Business host, Lou Dobbs, after his former network fired him following a lawsuit from Smartmatic, one of the voting machine companies accused of being complicit in widespread fraud in the 2020 election. “One America News would like Lou Dobbs to get in contact with us,” wrote Herring. “We may have a position available for you in which you wouldn’t be censored for speaking the truth!”

Dobbs’ show was cancelled by Fox Business after he and Fox News were served with a $2.7 billion lawsuit from Smartmatic. National File reported:

In a statement, Fox claimed that the decision to end Lou Dobbs Tonight was part of a wider revamp of the network’s schedule. “FOX News Media regularly considers programming changes and plans have been in place to launch new formats as appropriate post-election, including on FOX Business – this is part of those planned changes. A new 5PM program will be announced in the near future,” a Fox spokesperson told Politico.

CNN described the decision to cancel the show as a “head-scratching move,” given he often doubled the ratings of his lead-in, “a rare feat in television.”

If you agree to NDA or NCA for employment... If you resign, those binds still tie. BUT, if they fire you, they cut those strings that bind you. It’s a legal simple concept. If allowed, anyone could start a company, hire anyone and everyone requiring NDA and NCA. Then turn around and fire them before you even pay them a wage. Now, they are a legal “slave” Of course, all of that was before this last sham election. When I say “legal” -vs- “illegal”, I have to remember that we are now in the “law of the jungle” where there is NO “fair” -vs- “un-fair” or “legal” -vs- “illegal”

Except nobody has folded. There are about 20 court cases still being perused.
Very few, if any court cases have actually been heard fully in court and the full evidence presented. Dem judges and Never Trumper GOP judges have simply ruled on the plaintiffs “have no standing” or its too late anyway or they are not going to “disenfranchise” black voters in the inner city hell holes of Detroit, Philly, Atalanta etc.
Even the US Supreme Court punted. They never actually heard the case. and let the full evidence be presented. Apparently, there had been terrorist threats against the members of the Supreme Court as well as threats by BLM/ANTIFA to start another round of massive rioting, burning, looting , murders etc on an unprecedented scale if the Supreme Court dared to even hear the case, let alone rule for President Trump.
