If I were doing it quickly, I would analyze the most commonly used features on existing platforms and put those in place first. Then, I would think about more advanced, less used, features like live streaming.
Following, blocking, liking, attaching media, feeds, etc
The feature set really isn’t that complicated. It’s the infrastructure to handle volume of api calls and volume of data that will add up fast.
