Olive oil is about all we use. For cast iron cooking, I’ll use avocado oil (higher smoke point).

Gotta be careful when buying “olive oil”, much of it isn’t.

At the worst end of the scale I’m almost positive that I had vegetable oil in the bottle.

re: olive oil - I purchase by the half dozen bottles, Ojai Olive Oil Signature organic, its peppery and sweet. If you get a chance, check it out, I love it.
