The fourth amendment is being chipped away to nothing.
This is called: “amending the Constitution without having to go through its pesky amendment process.”
I encourage everyone to read the Constitution and understand what it means. Courts and LEO’s are going to push this as hard as they can. It will be up to us to push back and hopefully find a judge somewhere that will agree with us.
