WASHINGTON -- President Biden's executive order asking three federal agencies to review the "public charge" rule drew plaudits from several health policy experts, while others decried the move as a step in the wrong direction.

The public charge rule, part of the Immigration and Nationality Act, was issued in October 2020 by the Department of Homeland Security. It states that immigrants who are applying for a permanent residency "green card" or for citizenship will be negatively affected on their applications if they have used public programs such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families for more than 12 months in a 3-year period prior to applying.

Yes that was implicit in the 2020 election results, proving the Democrats control the entire US voting system. There is no way they would allow an GOP candidate to win again - the Presidency or any other election without a predetermined result.

But that’s not the point - some machines in critical counties were preloaded with Xiden ballots before the election, and the Democrat controlled voting system was able to over come the onslaught of DJT voters by making as many as needed on the fly in the critical counties in the critical states and will do so in all subsequent elections;

and the state legislators went along with the steal, meaning: they had something to lose if they raised a stink, and something to gain by remaining silent. So the very people that were elected to GOP controlled legislatures were complicit in the fraud and the coming communist coup. We elected them in good faith, and they returned that trust by giving us the finger.
